Winners & More Celebrating

It's been a crazy couple of weeks around here.  Last week we went to Las Vegas to visit Camille and her family. The boys are growing up way to fast.

It was a whirlwind 2 days. So much fun,so much work and not much sleeping.  And did I mention, we worked on our new fabric proposal (that was the working and not much sleeping part).  Monday our proposal was submitted and we are pretty excited!

As you all know, Tuesday was my day for the Moda Country Fair Blog Hop...

...and then on Saturday we had my Mom's 85th Birthday Party in my yard.  Thank goodness the weather was good because there were 79 of us to cook burgers for and we got to enjoy a wonderful BBQ outside!

My Mom is an amazing woman and I hope to be like her someday!
She has aged with such grace and is a great example to all of us.

THANKS to all of you for your kind and creative comments!
And THANKS for taking the time to stop in for the Moda Blog Hop.

I am not sure what color was the winner for favorite, but
For the Ruby Fabric and Moda goodies...
...Our Winners are...

Erma Reed  who said "I really love gray lately, mixes well with so many colors!  Especially the red and aqua in Ruby, which happens to be one of my favorite lines!"

and Tamara who said " I loved all of your fair pictures, especially when you were a little girl on the cow, it was great. Next time I'm at the fair I'll have to try the funnel cake, they looked yummy. The colors of fabric I'm usually looking for lately are the fall colors, orange, greens, and browns, but I love all the bright fun colors that look so happy. I especially loved your christmas quilts. The colors were fantastic and the quilts turned out beautiful. I loved seeing all your pictures, thanks for sharing them with everyone. I also loved your ruby slippers, cute idea.

I am also giving three more winners my 4 new patterns and some RUBY mini charm packs!

They go to:

Sharon, who said: "I love your push pin tutorial! I'll have to make some of these! Thank you, also, for a chance to win Ruby! Red is one of my favorites that I like to have on hand and is what my eyes tend to search for. Red is such a happy and cheerful color! Although, I love all colors."

lesliequilt who said:  "RED!!!! I have been wanting to do a red quilt for my bed and just haven't found the collection that makes my heart beat faster - RUBY is it! I can't wait to get me some... "

GWEN who said : "Usually, the color that I tend to buy is blue-- but I also LOVE crimson red! And I would LOVE to be the winner of your Ruby prize!! My Grandmother's name was Ruby, so that would make winning even MORE special! :-) Thanks for sharing-- those slippers are adorable and would make the perfect Christmas "extra"! :-) "

Congratulations to the winners!  Please e-mail me your addresses so I can send out your goodies.

Make sure you check out  Julie from Cosmo Crickets  blog today and keep on hoppin.
