"C" for Cotton Way

Hello! I'm Bonnie Olaveson, quilter, one half of Bonnie and Camille and designer of Cotton Way patterns. If you are new here, feel free to make yourself at home and look around!

Welcome to the first day of the Spell it with Fabric Moda blog hop!

Each day of the hop you can collect the patterns for three or four letters in the alphabet, learn all about the designers with some questions Lissa has asked us to answer,
AND enter giveaways for some great prizes.
Sounds fun, right?

My block is "C" for Cotton Way, of course, and you can find the pattern for the C block here.

My "C" block has been on my inspiration board for awhile now and I have been trying to decide what to make with it. As many of you know, my daughter Camille has gone mini quilt crazy, so I decided to make a mini quilt for her, because her name starts with "C", and
so she can hang it on her adorable mini quilt wall.
So now my "C" block has a lovely new home.

 Now for the questions:
My Letter - C
My favorite food - Chocolate, the ultimate Vitamin C

A place I have always wanted to visit - Cayman Islands

Somewhere I have been - Cape Town, Caribbean Cruise, California

Quote or motto I live by - Charity Never Faileth

Someone I know - My daughter Camille, she's pretty amazing!

An object, tool or anything you cannot work without - Cutting Mat

I love quilting because - It is Calming, Comforting and I would be Crazy if I didn't cut up fabric and sew it back together!
And by the way, I have the best job in the world!

For my giveaway, I have a fat quarter bundle of April Showers, thanks to Moda!

To enter, write a comment telling me what you would like to make out of it.
I have a few fun things in the shop made from April Showers if you need some ideas!

They happen to be on sale if you want to check them out, here.
Use the code CW25, to get 25% off all patterns.
Plus, I added more fabric bundles to my shop just in case you need a few more
Bonnie and Camille prints.

Make sure you stop by

American Jane
Aneela Hoey
Bunny Hill
 today as well.

Don't forget, all the winners will be announced on February 28.
See you then!
Have fun Spelling it with Fabric.

  171. April Showers is a beautiful line...been waiting for it to arrive in stores and have signed up already to do a BOM quilt using this fabric. I have my eye on several other quilt patterns and would use this bundle to do a second one. I have a long line of nieces at marrying ages and they are getting a picnic quilt and basket from their "favorite aunt"...haha. Maybe the favorite part is a bit much...but, if not already, a beautiful quilt using this fabric would catapult me.
