Little Bolts

You are probably wondering..what are Little Bolts?

Well, as I was relaxing in bed early one morning, I had this thought,
wouldn't it be fun to make
1 yard cuts of 44" wide fabric, fold them in half and call them Little Bolts.

With some projects Fat Quarters are just not quite big enough.

1 yard cuts work great for borders on a smaller or even mid-sized quilt,

and they work well for background prints and are large enough to sash some quilts.

There are cuts of Bliss, Marmalade and Happy Go Lucky.  If there is anything you might be wanting from these three collections in a one yard cut, that is not here,
e-mail me and I will check my stash.

They also look cute all wrapped up stacked in my studio, you know like those charm squares, jelly rolls and fat quarter bundles I just can't seem to cut into!

I also have some yummy 1 yard Little Bolts in Marmalade flannel.

Moda flannel is the softest you will find anywhere!

Put two pieces together for the perfect size baby receiving blankets.  36" x 44".
There are some great boy prints here.

Lots of great combinations.  It would also be fun to add Snuggles to one side.
What could be more cozy and so fast and easy?
Great gifts!

The girls are here working their little hearts out.

Getting all the orders ready to ship.

Emily has been cutting away, and yes, she is almost 8 months pregnant and we
can't wait to see and snuggle her little guy.
So excited for a baby boy this time.

She has an adorable little helper! 3 year old Livvy loves to help us "pin" scraps.

And lots more helpers playing out in the back yard.
So fun to have them here!
They certainly know how to brighten my day!

Oh, and I have also added 3 different Fat Quarter Bundles to my shop.

Each bundle has 6 different prints.

Bliss
Only a little left that I could part with...

Marmalade

and happy go lucky
for those of you who can't seem to find it near you.
It is in stores NOW!

We also have a few happy-go-lucky

So hop on over and check out the NEW Little Bolts in cotton and flannel and
the Fat Quarters as well.

Oh and don't forget I have 4 NEW patterns that were just introduced at Quilt Market.
All are available NOW in printed pattern or PDF version.

They are all in the shop as well.

They are stitched in our newest fabric line "Scrumptious" that will be in stores in September.

I can hardly wait!

More on Quilt Market coming soon!

Happy Summer and Happy Stitching!

  3. Hi Bonnie, hope you are feeling better right now. I have my little helpers helping me out at my shop and what a help they are, one of the favorite things to do is put orders in packages and seal them. I dont know why but that is one of their highlights of the day. Love your new line Happy Go Lucky, keep up the good work and as always sending up special prayers for you.

  5. We all missed seeing you at market - glad you're feeling better! We have been buying full collections of Bonnie and Camille fabrics but boy it's sure hard to compete with these prices. I just wish we didn't have to compete with the designers who sell their fabrics on line for less. = ( Makes it hard for us retailers who support you. Just say'n.
